Polish Catholic priests decided to burn dozens of books, which, in their opinion, promote sorcery. Sorcery is forbidden in many religions.
Public attention was more attracted not by the fact of burning, but by the fact that among the books were novels about Harry Potter. Pictures of the process were later published on Facebook. They caused an ambiguous reaction in the society. Most Internet users called the last campaign a "fanatical obscurantism".
